Cinnamon Lemon Cookies

These were really good. I did not have a lemon to zest so I replaced the zest with 2 tsp of lemon juice. I did not have time to refrigerate them for 2 hrs but just baked them right after mixing them up and they turned out thin, crisp, and yummy. The recipe only made 3 dozen cookies, but maybe I just made them bigger than I was suppose.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

This was really easy and tasted great!! I too used dejon mustard and reduced the amount of paprika. I made this on a hot day and din't want to turn on the oven so I grilled it on the BBQ, brushing on more of the marinade as it cooked. Very tasty

No Bake Double Good Dessert

Made this recipe when I was having a gang over and it was awesome. I was in a bit of a rush so I purchased 2 premade oreo crumb pie crusts and filled them with the whipped topping mixture. I also drizzled chocolate sauce over the top of the pie before adding the decrotive crumbs. Yummy!!

Ham Potato Scallop

This was really fast and easy. I did not put the frozen vegies in just a personal preference. I used two boxes of potatoes and baked it in a 9x13 inch pan to feed our family of 6. My four young kids all finished their plates and asked for seconds so that says something.

Meatball Potato Supper

My family really like this and it was so easy. Rather then browning the meatballs on the stove top I put them on a cookie sheet and popped them in the oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. While they cooked I peeled and slice my potatoes... a great time saver.

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

We found this recipe very easy to make and I liked not having to precook the egg noodles. It was very flavourful... maybe a little too flavourful. I think next time I will reduce the amount of sour cream I use.
