Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs

I just made the sauce. I did add only 2T of brown sugar and 1 can of the tomato paste and 1 can tomato sauce with the 2 cans of crushed tomatoes. Next time I well add fresh mushrooms and green bell pepper along with some parsley, basil and cilantro. My hubby loved it!

Rich Chocolate Frosting

Oh my this frosting is sinfully delicious. I made half to frost a 2 layer 9 inch cake everyone loved it, yum.

Basic Brine for Smoking Meat

We used this brine to smoke a whole chicken on our new smoker. This was a test chicken and boy was it GOOD! We well be using this again for our Christmas turkey, yum.

Salisbury Steak

This salisbury steak is very good. I used a packet of dry onion soup and a can of cream of mushroom and no ketchup. Hubby said make this again.

Sun Dried Tomato and Asiago Cheese Bread

We liked this bread. I added more sun dried tomatoes and basil and used 1 t. garlic powder and 3 cloves fresh garlic. Topped it off with mozzarella before baking. Yum!!

Chocolate Covered Cherries

These are sooo good! I soaked the cherries in brandy for a few days before making these. I well double dip the bottoms next time also. I used dark and semi sweet chocolate with 1 T. veg shortening that made the choc thinner and looked pretty. I am making these for christmas.
