Cinnamon Rolls From Frozen Bread Dough - EASY

I tried this using the overnight method suggested on another site. The taste was yummy, but the dough was very tough. I don't know where I went wrong because they were minimumly handled. Not to be outdone, I tried this version and they were perfect...soft, fluffy, delicious. Success feels even better after a failure!

Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

I did not like this at all. I bought nice, very large shrimp and ruined them with this awful sauce. I will revert to my classic seafood sauce enhanced by a bit of lemon zest and juice with salt and pepper. It never fails to please!

Wedge Salad with Elegant Blue Cheese Dressing

This is an excellent dressing. I have made it several times since I found the recipe. I also sometimes substitute romaine lettuce for the iceberg with great results. I also think the 1 and 1/2 T of sugar is too much. I simply added 1 tsp of sugar. I will never buy bottled blue cheese dressing again.

Lobster Colorado

I made this for valentines day and it was scrumptious. I substituted thinly sliced garlic cloves for the old bay seasoning in the first step but kept it in the browned butter. Simple elegance. We both loved it.

Lentil Soup

This is more of a stew than a soup unless more liquid is added. I followed the directions but increased the amt. of vegetables and spices. I salted the veggies as they were being sautéed and used vegetable stock. This is absolutely delicious as a soup or stew. It was especially good during our Daniel Fast. As for the picture, it does seem to have sausage added. That should be corrected.

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

This is the first biscuit recipe I have tried in a very long time. The biscuits were delicious and super simple to make. I used buttermilk and salted butter to avoid what some reviewers referred to as a lack of taste. Wow!
