Chicken Supreme IV

I gave this recipe four stars because my guests loved it. I thought it was lacking flavor. I added fresh garlic and mushrooms and used Chardonnay wine.

I didn't care for this recipe but my guests enjoyed it. I thought the worchester sauce and sherry was a little much. I added mushrooms and fresh garlic but I expected this recipe to taste better. It was easy to make but I don't think that I'll be making it again.

Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole

This recipe is excellent! I used premium (frozen) broccolli instead of fresh. The only thing I suggest is to make this as a side dish because it's not very filling.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This recipe is unbelievable. I've already made this receipe several times and it always comes out perfect. I use extra lean ground beef, add extra ginger, and add ketchup on top of the meatloaf before putting it in the oven. This one is def. a keeper. I already have a request to make it again. Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe was very disappointing. (I followed it to a 'T'). The pudding makes the cookie softer but it's almost cake-like. There is nothing unique or great tasting about this recipe. Very bland. A few people in the house liked it but I won't be making it again.
