Buttermilk Pancakes I

I used my mixer and they turned out perfectly....I used the beater attachment, started slow and then ran it around 3-4 for about 30 seconds. YUMMY.

I used fresh 3 cheese ravioli and it worked great although the cooking time is really just in, over and out with the fresh ones. I don't think I'd make this with anything less then really good ravioli. Will serve again!

Chinese Napa Cabbage Salad

This is great. I used pre packaged shredded cabbage and canned rice noodles instead of ramen. Served for the Chinese New Year -- big hit!

Pesto Cream Sauce

Excellent! I used cream and 1 TBL flour; a little less cheese and Parmesean/Romano mixed. 1-1/2 lbs shrimp. Served over fresh linguine and it was great -- definitely a keeper - thanks!
