Blueberry Cream Slushy

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2008
I made this for myself and my three year old after we decided it was too hot for a real supper while Daddy was away. I did have to change it a little bit. I left out the yogurt and added a small can of pineapple tidbits with the juice instead of the juice. It came out great! We both loved it. We will definetly make this again!

Cow Pies

Yummy! I am 8 months pregnant and was craving something with chocolate and raisins...this was perfect. I didn't drop them into individual candies, but spread the mixture into a round cake pan. Thanks for the great recipe!

Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2007
These are the yummiest muffins I have ever made. I did substitute apple sauce for the oil. They were so moist. I will be making these again...and often. Thanks for a great recipe.

My family loved these. I did simmer them for a lot longer than called for so that the syrup became thick. Great recipe!

I thought these were a little bland, but I am going to keep trying the recipe using different ingrediants.

Yum! I followed the advice of others and doubled the sauce recipe and added sour cream at the end. It was great. Thanks for the recipe.

Chicken and Egg Hash

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2007
My (somewhat) picky husband thought this was great. I thought it was good too. I added some cheese (I had just a little left in the package and thought I would use it up) to the casserole part before adding the eggs and I also mixed the bacon into the potatoes instead of sprinkling it on top. Also, I used shredded frozen hashbrowns instead of potatoes. It was a great recipe to "clean out the fridge"! Thanks!

These muffins were wonderful. I used strawberries instead of blueberries (thought I had some blueberries, but my 2 year old had eaten them). Delicious!!

Great recipe, very easy. I did add cinnamon and one extra banana. Also used unsweetened apple sauce instead of the melted butter. Turned out perfect. Thanks for a great recipe!!

Becki's Oven Barbecue Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2006
This was great!! I did use less ketchup (like other reviewer said), but left the other ingredients the same. I did have to cook it a little longer, but it was really thick and tasted great. I did not feel that I had too much sauce as I continued to baste thoughout the cooking proces. I also used mini drumbsticks they were great. THanks for the great recipe!!

This recipe was really easy and tastes even better! It is a good base recipe for granola (I changed around some of the nuts etc). This granola is great for topping yogurt or pudding. Thanks for the recipe!!

I have been making these cookies since I was little and they were always heavily requested. They are very easy and ready to eat fairly quickly (great when you want chocolate fast!). Great recipe.

Hamburger Buns

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2006
I had a very difficult time with this recipe, the buns did not rise and looked/tasted/were the consistency of biscuits. I am giving them 4 stars, because the flavor was good as biscuits. We had these with Grandma's Sloppy Joes (a really great recipe too!) Will try again on this one

Grandma's Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2006
This is an excellent recipe!!! Everyone loved it. I used half ketchup and half barbque sauce and did not add the brown sugar. It came out excellent, just the right balance of sweet and spicy. Next time, I might add a little more spice with some chipotle peppers. Excellent recipe!!

Snackasnicker Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2006
This cheesecake was very easy to make. After it was out of the oven, I added more snickers on top and swirl some caramel ice cream topping over it. It was a bit sweet, next time I will put a little less caramel. Overall, a good recipe.
