Spanish Flan

As far as taste goes, this flan was delicious. When it comes to making the caramel syrup, I would add a 1/2 cup of water to the sugar and allow it to come to a boil until it reaches the desired color, since this is much easier than waiting for the sugar to dry melt. As far as cooking, I do not recommend covering the flan with aluminum foil. My oven actually caught fire at one point because the syrup on the bottom boiled to the top of the dish and out the sides ending up on the bottom of the oven and catching fire.

Fluffy French Toast

I was skeptical about this recipe because of the flour, but it turned out amazing. This was my first time making french toast and thanks to your recipe, it certainly wont be my last.
