Roasted Vegetables

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2006
It was great. Loved the combo of veggies. But just remember to stir EVERY 10 minutes because it will burn. Will definitely fix this a LOT! Thanks!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2012
If I could give this 6 stars, I would! It is, by far, the best lasagna recipe I have found. I love the meat sauce. It's the perfect consistency! The only thing I did different was the noodles. I did layers of 3 noodles each. Not sure I would have been able to fit it in my pan if I had done it with 6. I will be making this quite often!! Thank you!!

It was a very good recipe. I have been looking for a recipe similar to that for about 5 years. So, it was nice to finally make it. Definitly something good for potlucks, holidays and other events...very filling!!!

This was a great recipe! My whole family enjoyed it. Loved the sauce on top. I made more the next day when I had leftovers. It is definitely a permanent meal in my home! Thank you!

I really enjoyed the change-up with the steak sauce instead of spaghetti sauce. Everyone in my family enjoyed it. Will be making it again for sure! Thank you!

Peppermint Patties

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2012
These did not work out very well. Someone in the comments suggested using cream or milk to thin out the chocolate, it immediately seized up on me. They white part stuck to the wax paper and dried before I could get them all dipped. Dipping was very difficult. I am not much of a candy maker, so not sure if I'll attempt these again. I had made them for my husband who was overseas and I vacuum sealed them and they were hard as a rock when they got there.
