Good recipe - made for a hearty chili, perfect for a winter night. I am not a fan of celery, so used carrots instead. I served it sprinkled with chopped green onions, which was great.
The only thing I would say is that the recipe calls for too much spice. The combination of jalapenos + chili peppers + chili powder + black pepper was a little too hot, at least for me. So, I adjusted it accordingly. That's the only thing I would change in the recipe - use chili powder to taste.
