Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
This was great! I didn't use cayenne pepper or paprika, not a big fan of spicy. I used a 7lb chicken instead of 2 chickens. I even found white pepper! But don't think I needed it, and won't use it next time. I researched what the difference between white pepper and black pepper was, and it was basically visual. White pepper is used for sauces and other dishes that you want to stay clear. The family liked this chicken and I did too! I made this with roasted red potatoes from a recipe on this site and white rice. I was so proud of myself, made a lovely dinner for my family. Thanks so much!

Honey Baked Chicken II
Made this last night. I let it marinate for an hour and used 6 chicken breasts, left out the curry and cut the butter to half. It was delicious! Made with white rice and peas and carrots. Turned them over half way through cooking. Recipe was great

Creamy Chicken Lasagna
Made this recipe (this evening) exactly as described. My kids and hubby ate it up! I did add some Italian seasoning to the mix. I was concerned because the recipe didn't call for seasoning the chicken. I am not a cook at all. Was looking for something new. Getting tired of the same thing. My hubby dislikes ricotta cheese. I wasn't' too sure how this was going to coming out, it was pretty good. Easy to make. Will be added to our dinner menu. Thanks
