I hate to beat a dead horse here, but these were so good! I used another reviewers advice and dredged the bacon in brown sugar before wrapping them, sprinkled with more on top and let them sit in the fridge for a few hours before I cooked them. I did them on a rack over a cookie sheet to let the grease drain and did them under the broiler, placed in the center of the oven...made the mistake of starting them too close to the broiler and wow, they started sizzling big time.... cooked about 10 mins per side, and added more brown sugar when turning. That being said, next time, I think I would let them soak in the brown sugar at least over night, you just can't use too much, they were SO GOOD. Will be making again on NYE, thanks!
