Old Time Kentucky Bacon Milk Gravy for Biscuits
The rule of thumb to gravy is always 1/4 cup drippings (of any kind), 1/4 cup flour and 2 cups of milk.... this recipe is way off kilter with the milk. If you want bacon gravy to turn out, fry a 1 pound package of bacon use all of the drippings add 1/2 cup of flour then add 4 cups of milk... following the steps in this recipe, just change the amount of ingredients. Enjoy!

Mom's Zucchini Bread
Do not change a thing! I even used my shredded frozen zucchini that I thawed. I let it drain I'm the colander but did mitt squeeze it. Also when I froze my zucchini I put them in Bags with 2 cups. But since I froze it, it only filled 1 cup once thawed, so I added another bag of the thawed two cup zucchini to make it a total of two cups. I hope this makes sense. I also froze several loafs wrapped in wax paper then in a freezer zip lock bag, they freeze wonderfully! !! Thank you for this recipe, the best ever!

Hash Brown Casserole II
I made this for a Easter family dinner today. I doubled the entire recipe. I also used cream of mushroom instead and used 5 cans (instead of 2). I also added a half block of velvita cheese, it was kind of bland so i added seasoning salt along with the regular salt. For the topping, I used Italian bread crumbs. This was a huge hit and my dish was gone before everything else. Several people asked for the recipe! If you bake it at 380ยบ for 50 minutes it turned out perfect!
