Altitude spicy for my family but I love it. I'll just use less of the curry paste for them and make my own batch. Plenty of sauce left over to put over rice for another meal or two. Thank you for sharing.

Becky's Chicken Salad

This recipe is great! I started making my husband lunch for work and changed from my old chicken salad recipe to this one. He never complained before but now he ask for chicken salad all the time for lunch. So this is a keeper. Thank you for sharing.

General Tsao's Chicken II

I normally wouldn't write a review but in this case I just had to. My entire family loved, loved, loved it! I followed the entire recipe and it was great. Just like the General Tsao's Chicken that I love to buy. Now I can make it myself.
