This was my first time trying to make hot cross buns. I followed the recipe exactly (but did add in a little vanila to the dough) and rolls truned out light, airy and delicious! Thanks so much for sharing - I will definitely make it again!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Enjoyed by all! I added an extra cup of zucchini and reduced sugar to 2 cups. I also added pinches of nutmeg, cloves, and cardoman as I like it a bit spicier!

Ali's Green Sauce

To ensure it to be spicy, I included the jalapeno seeds. I did not have three avocados, but it still worked out well. I also added some diced avocado after blending to give it some texture.

Broccoli and Cheese Brunch Casserole

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Absolutely delicious! I skip the butter and poppy seeds, and add glazed walnuts, hard boiled eggs and bacon. I also usually use purple onion instead of white or brown. I always get a ton of compliments and have memorized the recipie since I'm always asked to pass it on! Thanks!

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

So simple and easy! This is really a delicious cake. I've made this cake at least once a month since I've discovered it. I do reduce the heat to 325 degrees and cook it for an additional 15 minutes. I also add v1 tsp. of vanilla extract. The true key though is to use the exact size bundt pan - having used "almost 10 inch" pans, the cakes overflowed and "fell". But with a true 10" bundt pan, there was neither problem. Thank You for a great cake!!!

Blueberry Buttermilk Coffeecake

Delicious and plentiful! Easy to make, rises well, and disappears almost immediately! for the topping, I used brown sugar and added in cinnamon and nutmeg. Thanks for the recipe, it's a keeper!
