Autumn Cheesecake
This cheesecake is phenomenal! My friend and I doubled the filling, used Fuji apples, and used cinnamon graham crackers for the crust. We were so excited that we even stole a piping hot bite right out of the oven! This cheesecake is so creamy and not too sweet. It's perfect!
