Peri Peri African Chicken

I've played around w/ this recipe a couple times now--using less paprika,added black pepper, added honey, etc. It has potential but needs something and the paprika is just too overpowering.

Marinade for Steak I

Made this last night with steaks for company. My brother-in-law (not one to hand out compliments) said it was the best steak he's ever had. Followed the recipe exactly. Excellent!

Hash Brown Casserole

I've been making this for years but I had to share this---for the holidays I decided to replace the milk with light eggnog and the half & half with skim evaporated milk and did NOT make the caramel topping. It was a great holiday variation! Might become a x-mas morning tradition.

Bagel and Cheese Bake

After reading other reviews I made some minor changes i.e. cubing the bagels & making sure there was enough liquid to cover them all. I also used fresh mushrooms, ham instead of bacon, used cheddar on top instead of parm, etc. Awesome!!!
