Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

Reviewed: May 2, 2009
Very good but the sauce is the main reason. Used the sauce on the steamed broccoli and also drizzled over the honey roasted potatoes.

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Reviewed: May 2, 2009
Very good and easy. As did others, I increased the amount of honey to 3 tbls. I also turned on the broiler for the last 5 minutes - bottom line, this is a keeper.

Honey Glazed Pea Pods and Carrots

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2008
Very easy and flavorful. Make sure you keep the veggies to "tender crisp" - they should still have the crunch factor after heating in the sauce, Very colorful and helps create a colorful dish depending on the meat / fowl / seafood it is servied with.

Made the change of using heay whipping cream.. Sauted shrimp and used the remaining butter in the bisque. Made sure I added lots of lobster meat, but also made sure I was very careful how much cayenne pepper was added.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2008
I have tried it with the sweet Italian sausage and Hot Italian Sausage. Everyone who tried both, preferred the Hot, - gave it a little tang. I have tried many different lasagnas, and even my wife had to agree that this one deserved it's name. Would serve it to guests or just as a comfort meal. The outcome does merit the work involved.

Fish Fillets Italiano

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2004
Very easy and quick. Added some parmensan cheese and lemon pepper to the mix as it simmered. Near the end, added a few shrimp. Served over a bed of parmesan rice with lemon and sprigs of parsely as a garnish. A very pleasing dish, and very enjoyable. Will definitely serve to guests.
