Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)
First time making GF dessert. I didn't want to tell my husband or guests what was in the dessert until they all tasted it. They loved how moist, perfectly sweet it was and how light it was. They were SHOCKED to find out it was garbanzos! I should have read some of the reviews that recommended peeling the garbanzo beans & using a blender - will try next time. I used some whipped cream w/pecans or strawberrys & both were very great! I would like to try something other than white sugar. Definitely recommend.
