This is by far the best starter recipe for Chicken Pot Pie. After reading the reviews, I did make a few minor adjustments. I boiled my veggies, including 1 frozen pack of corn niblets (which aren't in the recipe) in chicken broth and 1 tsp of Better Than Bouillon seasoning. I then added a teaspoon of Better Than Bouillon to the sauce, which really made it taste divine (for lack of a better word). I also followed the recommendations to double the sauce, and cook at 375 for 45 minutes - the result was the most wonderful dinner I think we have ever had. My dinner guests even commented that it was the best thing they have ever tasted PERIOD. It's not something you could make all the time - the amount of butter used was frightening - but for a special occasion or dinner get together, it is a winner.
