I just made these and they were soooo good! Only thing I changed was to decrease the soy sauce to 1/4 cup. I had enough wings for two batches so on the 2nd batch I tried the suggestion of another reviewer and cooked the wings (seasoned with seasoning salt and garlic power) for 20 minutes, turned and cooked another 20 minutes and then dipped the wings in a shallow bowl of sauce, coating each one and putting back in the pan to cook another 20 minutes. They suggested 45 min, 45 min and 20 min, but I felt that was too long and the meat would be too dry. They turned out nice and crispy and chewy. Thanks for a great recipe! We will be making these a lot.
