Christmas Brunch Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2012
This is great! I used 10 eggs and mixed everything together then poured eggs over in casserole dish. I even forgot the cheese in the morning and it was still delish! My family loved it and it's so easy.

Fancy Fruit Pizza

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2011
This was awesome... I added a small container of cool whip to the cream cheese and whipped in my mixer until smooh as other suggested. I added very little sugar and omitted pineaple and used blueberries instead. I also baked the cookie dough and let cool completely before adding topping. Everyone RAVED about it.. it was so yummy and easy!

Eileen's Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2011
This was very good... whoe family loved it and it's so easy. As other reviewwers suggested, I only used 1/2 of onion soup mix (my kids don't like onions so I didn't want it to overpower) and I added a ketchup/brown sugan glaze to the top. Will become a regular at my dinner table.

Sweet and Spicy Stir Fry with Chicken and Broccoli

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2011
I thought this was great ... I marinated the chicken in a soy sauce, honey and garlic powder mixture overnight. Really made the chicken tasty and stayed moist. This is definitlely spicy, even after cutting back the chili paste/red pepper. Make sure you taste it after adding a 1/4 of what's called for ... might be just right if you don't like spicy food. My kids even ate the brocolli they like this so much! Served over sticky rice and will make again and again!

Pasta with Pesto and Scallops

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2010
I've been making this for the last year and we have it frequently. It is very yummy. I use shrimp instead of scallops since my family doesn't like them and will usually omit the peppers. Even better as leftover!

Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2009
Wow is this recipe adaptable. I also added onions/garlic when I cooked the chicken. I used black bean soup which really added a lot of flavor as well as 1 cup cooked rice. My family is very picky but they loved this. Would even be good without the cornchips and placed in a wrap. Yum!!

Basic Microwave Risotto

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
This was o.k. but needs to be adjusted. First off, the risotto was not cooked enough with the times given and there was not near enough liquid to soak in. I will try this again but have to adjust with more liquid (I didn't have time when made the first time). I have to say the old fashioned, more difficult way definitely gets better results! This was not creamy at all.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: May 11, 2009
This is AMAZING!! I would give it 10 stars if I could! I made alfredo sauce with linguine as a side and it was a perfect addition. I did everything as listed in the recipe except used my own home made sauce since I has some in the fridge.

Chicken Pot Pie VIII

Loved this as did my whole family. I used the Pillsbury pie crust and did bake bottom shell for 5 min. prior to adding filling as suggested by others and came out perfect. Will definitely make again and again.

Chicken Quesadillas

Reviewed: May 7, 2008
These were great. My kids LOVED them. I used cooked grilled chicken (cubed - from Aldi's) and added after cooking peppers/onions in olive oil with the fajita mix. I also cut the wrap in half like other reviewers and did a couple on the stove top with a touch of olive oil in the pan. Liked these better on stopvetop than in the oven but still good either way. A keeper for sure!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2008
This website has not failed me yet. This was delicious! I love that everyone adds such helpful comments. I baked the bottom crust for 5 min. before filling and cooked the veggies in the broth. I added a diced potato and doubled the sauce. Next time, I will add a little more carrots, potatoes and chicken. My entire family devoured this and I have pickey kids!
