I changed it up a bit based on what I had carrot instead of 5, a bag of peas, no ketchup. Sauteed carrot and onion in pan with a little chopped celery/celery leaves and 3 cloves garlic in olive oil, added garlic, then added Laura's lean ground beef and browned. Added worchestire (about 20 shakes), 1/2-3/4 cup red wine. powdered beef boullion, water, and a half packet powdered mushroom gravy mix. Black pepper. Put in casserole and topped with Country Crock premade garlic mashed potatoes (in refrig. section) and mexican blend chees (cheddar and some white cheeses. Omitted the chopped onion topping. OMG, it was so good!!!!!!!! Seriously out of this world, and EASY!
