Crumb Apple Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2005
Very easy recipe. I like pies that don't need a layer of crust on top. Will reduce the amount of cinnamon next time--a little too much for my family's taste.

Great recipe. I used turkey sausage links and added a potato cut into 1/4 inch pieces. Very good flavor. Easy. Will make again.

I was so looking forward to eating these potatoes, but didn't think they were very tasty at all. Sorry!

Great sauce. My husband loved it. I'm going to try using the sauce for grilled chicken.

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2005
Great recipe. The recommendations from others was very helpful. I omitted the water, used 8 oz. of tomato sauce and used enchilada sauce instead of taco sauce. I also used ground turkey instead of chicken breast. My husband really liked them. Thanks for sharing.

Darn Good Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2005
Great recipe. Made a few adjustments to suit my family's taste. I used ground turkey instead of ground beef and I only added 2 TBSP of chili powder rather than 3. We had my father-in-law over for dinner and I wasn't sure how spicy he liked his food. I thought it was the perfect amount. Cooked in slow cooker on high for 5 hours. Simple recipe that was delicious. Perfect dinner for a snowy night. Will definately make again.

Eggplant Parmesan II

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2004
Great recipe. I tried what others had suggested by dabbing each side with some olive oil and sprinkling it with some sugar than I baked it on each side for 15 mins. Will make again.

Pancakes I

Okay, not great. Easy to make. Needed a little more flavor. I tried adding vanilla and cinnamon, but it needed something else. Not sure what.

Ham And Swiss Quiche

Reviewed: May 25, 2004
Very good. Quick. Easy. Next time I think I will try it with shredded cheddar. I also used egg beaters rather than whole eggs. Tasted just as good.
