French Bread
For all those who thought this was bland and too dense and crusty: This is traditional French bread, how it's made in France. What we are used to buying here in America is actually Italian bread...soft and moist with sugar and oil in it. So if you're looking for a homemade alternative to buying, this is NOT it. If you want REAL French bread, look no further.

Quinoa with Carrots and Raisins
The hubby and I loved this. Didn't have pumpkin pie spice, so just used cinnamon. Still great. Also was short on raisins. Still very good, but we would have liked it better with the full amount. The raisins made the whole dish very sweet, even the onions. This will make great leftovers for breakfast. Almost like oatmeal. Good way to get veggies in for breakfast.

Quinoa Pilaf with Shredded Chicken
My family thought this was very good. I did skip the sage as I don't really care for it. I also added green beans, using up what I had. Very yummy. My hubby and 4 year old thought it was great. Quinoa is becoming a staple in my house.
