Dill Dip III

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2001
This is a very good dip, but I definitely suggest cutting the season salt in half and go from there. It was way too salty.

Chocolate Crinkles II

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2001
Great recipe! Very moist and great flavor. The only thing was that I couldn't get the powdered sugar crinkle to look crinkly, mine looked like they had spots on them!

Focaccia Bread

Reviewed: May 13, 2002
This recipe turned out great. The bread was as good or better than what you get in restaurants. I used fresh oregano and fresh thyme instead of the dried. Will definitely make again!

Great recipe! This tastes really good. Easy to make. The longer it sits in the fridge the better it tastes.

Spinach and Mushroom Enchiladas

Reviewed: May 13, 2002
Great! Wonderful! Tastes very good. My husband, who doesn't like mushrooms even said it was better than the cheese enchiladas I usually make.

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2005
The falafel was great! (Can't comment on the sauce -- I didn't make it.) So easy to make. All the other recipes I found called for dry garbanzo beans, soaking them for hours, grinding them up, etc. This one was fast and good. I was a little concerned that the falafel would be greasy since they were fried but they weren't, they were great. Even better the next day. Two thumbs up!

Tzatziki Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2005
This was good, not as good as at the local Greek restaurant though. I drained the water out of the cucumber before adding it to the yogurt. I think there would have been way too much water if they would not have been drained. Good recipe, goes great with Sean's Falafel.

Quick and Easy Pimento Cheese

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2005
Very easy and very good. I did substitute regular mayo for the miracle whip (don't care for the sweetness). I ate this with saltine crackers. Very good!

Sugar Cookies VII

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2005
These tasted good but even after leaving the dough in the freezer overnight it was way to sticky to work with. I had to dust everything with powdered sugar just to get it not to stick.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2005
Wonderful! Will definitely make again. I substituted buttermilk for milk with no problems. These are just as good or better than the ones from a bakery.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2006
Great recipe. I used my bread machine, assembled the cinnamon rolls the night before then in the morning set them out for about an hour and baked like normal. They turned out soft and fluffy! Will definitely make again!

Every year when the zucchini get out of control I turn to this recipe, it's great. I serve with a sauce made from mayo and dijon mustard.

Whole Grain Waffles

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2008
These are absolutely the best waffles my husband and I have eaten. Don't let the "whole grain" part scare you, these are so light and fluffy. I make a double batch and freeze them. When you want to eat them put them in the toaster oven @ 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes and they are soooo good! This is the only waffle recipe I use.

Love this recipe. This is the only recipe I use for no bake cookies (or cat mess cookies as my husband calls them). These always turn out good.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2008
This IS "absolutely fabulous", just what I've been searching for. The dressing is very tangy and great on a salad with kalamata olives, cucumbers, tomatoes and feta. I cut the servings down to 10 and it was about the same amount you would get if you bought bottled dressing at the grocery store.
