Best Ever Banana Bread
Great recipe. I didn't have any buttermilk so googled substitutes. I put 1 Tbsp of vinegar in a measuring cup and topped it up to the 1 cup line with milk. I let it sit for 5 minutes and then used. It turned out great. I plan to do this from here on out instead of buying/making real buttermilk.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
The best Apple Pie I have ever had and I am not a fan of apple pie. I loved that it wasn't mushy.

Cream of Pumpkin Soup
Great recipe. I added nutmeg, more ginger, no salt, reduced sodium chicken broth and fresh pumpkin that I previously steamed and pureed.
