Focaccia Bread

This recipe was fabulous! I substituted fresh basil, and fresh garlic though. I also took the easy way out, and let me bread machine do the work. It turns out perfectly every time! Everyone in my family loves this recipe! Thank you for sharing it!

Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie

These 2 flavors compliment each other very well! I added a little ground clove, used my cookie pie crust recipe, and served with homemade whipped cream. I added a little too much butter to the streusel topping, but it still turned out great. Do not skip the streusel, it really pairs well with this pie.

Marian's Creamed Corn

I adore this recipe. I used fresh sweet corn from the cob from a farmers' market. I have to admit that I omitted the last two ingredients (the butter and bread crumbs) and used this recipe in place of the canned cream corn for a scalloped corn recipe. I have made it like that several times now, and am addicted! I will try this someday as is written in the recipe.

Deluxe Waffles

I have been searching for a better waffle recipe than my previous one, and I have to say, I found it! I added a little vanilla, and left out a little of the beaten egg white (but not much), and WOW! These are the BEST waffles I have ever had! Thank you!

Old-Fashioned Scalloped Corn

Excellent! Just how I remember it. I did make a minor adjustment though. In place of the canned cream corn, I used the recipe for "Marian's Creamed Corn" found on this website (I omitted the bread crumbs and 3tbsp. butter from that recipe). Thank you so much for sharing this great old fashioned goody!

Amusement Park Cornbread

I love this recipe, haven't tried it in a skillet yet, but I use it as muffins and they turn out excellent every time. I do use wheat flour instead of white though. I use this one alot! Thank you!

Fish Tacos

My favorite shop to get fish tacos recently changed hands and I have been devastated, until now! These are excellent! They rate right up there with the best I've ever had. I serve these with homemade Pico de Gallo, and I don't even miss that taco shop. :)
