Country Breakfast Casserole
I've made before and it's fabulous. I'd like to make it with biscuits instead like Shamanjon's note, so do you or anyone know if I should bake the biscuits first? Or can I just put the raw dough on top and let them cook off in the oven while cooking casserole? Thanks!

Sweet and Crunchy Salad
I take the dry noodles and saute them in butter to keep them super crunchy and it is awesome. Everyone always asks for the recipe. I've added chicken/shrimp to make it more of a lunch or dinner entree, which is nice too.

Chili Dog Casserole II
Easy, tasty, budget friendly. You can use manicotti instead of tortillas (just slide the 'dogs into the tube) for a spin on it. Used turkey dogs and turkey chili to cut some fat and still comes out great.
