Amazing and super easy to make. I also made a batch with the mint oreos. I like mint and loved them.

It tasted good, but even after wringing the spinach, I had alot of water in my baking pan.

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Reviewed: May 23, 2012
This blows the box salad out of the water! I've made it for potlucks and added diced chicken and artichoke hearts and served it as a meal for my family! Fantastic recipe!

This is really really good! My family loved it! My only change was to use cream of mushroom instead of cream of chicken soup.

Banana Pudding IV

Reviewed: May 23, 2012
I've made this for almost every barbeque I've attended this year. Everyone begs for the recipe and I've had multiple repeat requests for "next time!" It's easy to make and holds up well (even with generic ingredients!). Great recipe! It's definitely a keeper!

Meatloaf Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: May 23, 2012
This is a really good recipe as presented. The directions are very clear. I found it somewhat bland as written, but recipes are meant to be a base, you add your personal preferences! I used bacon instead of ham and feta cheese instead of provolone! It was amazing! Thank you for the great recipe!

Breaded Dijon Pork Chops

I've made this a few times -- once with yellow mustard -- you just can't beat the zestiness of the dijon. Great recipe! Kids and hubs love it!

It is a good base to start with but I think this recipe is lacking something to make it good.

Chocolate Chess Pie II

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2012
I made this exactly as written and the pie turned out great. It was an easy recipe and it had that wonderful crunchy layer on top with the smooth creamy center. It was a perfect for an easy chocolate pie fix! Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Lasagna Alfredo

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2010
This was delicious! My whole family loved it! I followed the recipe pretty closely. I seasoned the chicken with garlic salt and pepper, then seared them in olive oil. I removed them from the pan and deglazed it with a cup of white wine. I added 3 chopped green onions and 5 cloves of crushed garlic. I then sauteed some fresh spinach and threw all of that (except the chicken) into the ricotta cheese. As for layering, I used the uncooked noodles and poured a cup of alfredo sauce in the bottom, then noodles, then ricotta/spinach mixture, then sliced chicken, then alfredo sauce, then italian cheese, then parm, repeat two times. This will not fit in a 9x13 dish. It is very rich and will feed a good sized family. Thank you for sharing this Sybil! I love it!

Banana Cream Pie I

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2010
I had the same problems as some of the other reviewers even after it set for 2 whole days in the fridge. My husband and brother-in-law loved it in spite of that. It was delicious, but I think it would be better as a banana pudding. Thanks for sharing.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2010
I tweaked it only a bit. I cooked my sausage, then deglazed with 2 cups white wine. I did everything else with the exception of the bacon (only because I had none). It was so delicious! Thanks for sharing!
