Unbeatable Pecan Pie

I make this every year to rave reviews. My mother says, "I'm 76 years old and this is the best pecan pie I've ever put in my mouth". I do cheat though and use refrigerated pie crust. 5 stars! This is a fantastic recipe!

Artichoke Dip I

So easy to make and absolutely wonderful to eat! For everyone saying it turns out too greasy, after you remove it from the oven, put a piece of bread on top to absorb the grease, then throw the bread away.

Creamed Spinach II

The basic ingredents in this recipe are great. I too modified it with 1 spoonful of cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and some of those "Real Bacon" bacon bits. It was ready before the rest of dinner was, so I put it in the oven with some breadcrumbs on top and let it stay for 20 minutes. Everyone, including kids, simply loved it. Thanks!

The Easiest Blackened Chicken

After avoiding this recipe for months, believing that it couldn't be very good, I finally tried it and am beyond impressed with how it turned out. This is so simple and easy and the taste is wonderful. Watch the pepper, because it does get very spicy. Great to use this chicken with the refrigerated pasta and sauces for Blackened Chicken Alfredo. Family loves it!

Easy Peach Cobbler

This is a great recipe. Every single member of my very Southern family enjoyed it when I took it to a family reunion. I used sliced peaches from a jar that I found in the fresh produce section. I drained almost all the juice by pouring it in a bowl. After I spread the peaches, I poured about 1/2 the juice over the peaches, then sprinkled the peaches with a very generous amount of cinnamon. I also cut the cream cheese in with the white cake mix, topped the peaches and then put the small slices of butter on top. Thanks for the recipe! This is certainly a keeper!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

HUGE HIT at end of the year party for teachers! I've made this three of four times recently and everyone loves this recipe, including my kids. Only change I've made is to mix the mozzerella cheese in the recipe rather than having it on top. If you use a lot of cheese on top, it makes it hard to dip. Thanks for this recipe Tiffany!

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

I too am a little late in getting this in. I did make it for Christmas morning and since my family loved it so much, I try to make it at least once a month. I did use 8 eggs rather than 6 and I used at least 2 cups of cheese, (I know - I know). Thanks for this recipe and I plan on serving it for many more years to come!

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II

My family loves this recipe. I've changed a few items to suit our garlic and lemon tastes. I cut up fresh lemon in round slices and cover the bottom of the cooker. I add about 20 fresh cloves of garlic then layer the chicken on top. I add another layer of lemon and garlic cloves. I also used broth rather than water. The chicken is so tender!
