Homemade Mac and Cheese

Fantastic! I made this as part of Christmas Eve dinner. I used about a 3/4cup of cream and made up the rest with the milk. Also, I didn't have any parmasean so I used pecorino Romano cheese. Ditto, with what everyone said about feeling like it will be too runny but it so wasn't! It was so yummy, there weren't even any leftovers! I'll be making this again soon!

Campbell's Kitchen Chicken Broccoli Divan

This is a staple in our house! The kids love it. I have substituted chicken for the beef with good results. I make my own creamy base, instead of the cream of broccoli can soup. If you play around with the amount, you will end up with more juices. We always serve over rice.

Best Ever Meat Loaf

Love this! Finally have a meatloaf recipe thatis not a hunk of meat in a pan. I love that there are carrots in there. I use slices of whole wheat bread and do everything in the food processor. Just a few pulses and then add to the meat. I can have it in the oven in 5 minutes. We top it with barbecue sauce. I have also used the drippings to make gravy. Very good! Thank you!

Foolproof Beef and Broccoli

This recipe is a staple in our house!! My kids love it! I have substituted chicken instead of beef. Also, made my own creamy base. Always served ver rice. Very good!

Chocolate Pretzel Treats

This recipe is amazing! It is such a great, little idea! We have tried pretzels, hershey kiss, and a rolo. It's very good but not pretty looking. I make these as little teacher presents for the holidays. They do end up having to stay in the oven for longer than 2 minutes, you just have to watch them very closely. If they are not the correct consistancy then you end up with partly squished kisses that aren't very secure on the pretzel. Very good recipe, I usually end up eating more than a few while making them!
