This is amazing! Made it for a bosses' day potluck at work today and I have had everyone ask for the recipe. I used a loaf of sliced Italian bread (found it in the bread section of my grocery store) and chopped the apples instead of slicing. The bread puffed up really nice. It was fantastic! Easy and yummy!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

These were amazing. Took them to a Memorial Day cookout and they were a huge hit. Not one complaint. Followed the recipe exactly and they are wonderful.

Honeyed Pork Chops

Awesome. I marinated the meat in the mixture all day and then followed the recipe. This was my first time making pork chops and they were amazing. So juicy and flavorful. A keeper in my recipe box.

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Instant Millionaire Pie for Diabetics

I made this for my husband's grandmother who is a diabetic and she really enjoyed this pie. I did not taste it personally, but she said is was fabulous!

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

I love this cake, but it is not the light and fluffy pound cake my mom likes. It is really heavy and thick, but tastes great... at least I think so. Do not use margarine with this cake, it really needs real butter!!

Jim Kaczmarek's Chili

I did not read the reviews and kept the salt... WAY TOO SALTY! It is a great chili recipe but does not need the salt or maybe not as much beef bouillon. The next time I make it I will omit the salt and taste as I'm adding the beef bouillon granules. I love green peppers so I added in green peppers with the onion and garlic.

Mom's Apple Pie I

Amazing apple pie. I had never made an apple pie before and this was great. Very easy and extremely tasty. I made it for a birthday get together at work and everyone loved it. Thank you for such a wonderful and tasty recipe.
