My favorite things to cook
I Like to cook Meat Loaf, Fied Chicken Brest (no Bones)I also make my teens Chicken Fingers. I like to bake sweets also. I like to experament with my firends. I try things out on my friends before my family.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I Make Mac & Cheese every year for Thanksgiving for my husbands family my family will not eat it ( I don't know why but they are starting to).
My cooking triumphs
Last year for Christmas I made Cookie bon bons and they were almost all gone by the end of the day. That was nice :o)
My cooking tragedies
I had this recipe from a co-worker called Beer Cheese and hardly anyone eat it, I brought it home and I ate.I found out later that everyone liked it.

Hot Corn Dip
This was a hit with some lady friends. I added shredded Chicken to it and they all loved it. I'm going to make it again for our family Christmas gathering for my husbands family this time I'm gonna use Chorizo. I hope they like it.

Chicken Salad with Toasted Almonds
I loved it, and so did everyone I work with about 50 people. I added apples to this recipe and took out the salt and it was GREAT!
