These are great cookies and taste great! They're chewy and soft as well as a slight crunch on the outside, and homemade cookies can be hit and miss compared to shop or cafe bought ones. They're tasty and fun to make and I would only have a few cons for them. One being that when you've waited for them to cool, they're quite difficult to get off of the greaseproof paper, but once off they're great and you can vary as much in size as you like. Also, if you bake them with a greased tray, it makes them go a funny shape and they taste weird, but on the whole, they're really yummy and I advise anyone who wants cookies to make these ones!
