Fish Tacos

I made this gluten free by substituting the 1 cup flour with 3/4 cup brown rice flour and 1/4 cup sorghum flour. And I used Green's GF Amber Ale in place of the beer. I also substituted the mayo for Veganaise, because of other allergies. It was great!!! The second time I made it I forgot to put in the baking powder, but it was still good. Also, I didn't have any jalapeños or capers, so I left that out, the sauce was awesome even without it. Also, I used tilapia because it was on sale, and again... Great!
