I'm gluten intolerant so I'm always looking for creative recipes that do not use gluten-containing grains or flours that both my husband & I can enjoy.

So far, as long as I have a recipe to "loosely" follow, everything I've made has come out pretty well. When I try to invent from scratch, I usually crash & burn :O).
