Snickerdoodles IV

A great cookie recipe to make with my four year old. I used someone elses tip of putting the cin/sugar in a zip lock and let him coat the cookies. They were yummy, thin and chewy! My oven took +8 min to bake. Next time i would slightly reduce the salt.

very good! i improvised with what i had and game out fantastic. used cajun spice rather than seafood spice and took out a lot of the water in the zucchini

Saltine Toffee

I gave this 4 stars because it's easy, cheap and people go nuts for it. i dont particularly care for it. It's too sweet. But it's a hit with others. I put pisachios and cranberries on it at Christmas, coconut at easter. I've made it a number of times.

This was so good! I used i can of diced tomatoes and one big can of tomato soup. I also added dark red kidney beans and light. I added shredded carrots for more veggies. Perfect flavor! Thanks!

Dark Chocolate Cake II

Perfect chocolate cake! I used to use the Too Much Chocolate Cake recipe from this site....but now i will use this one. It is very moist and rich. I sifted the dry indredients, other than that I stuck to the recipe. Perfect!

Broccoli Salad IV

Perfect salad. I used what was on hand....mayo with some red wine vinegar to serve as the miracle whip, toasted almonds instead of sunflower seeds and dried cranberries instead of raisins. So good!

Swiss Cheese 'n' Onion Quiche

This was great! SO simple. I made a crust from scratch, which is so easy and I think tastes so much better. I also added a tiny bit of left over bacon. Was the perfect breakfast quiche for Easter morning!

Minnesota Pork Chops

The easiest recipe and so good. I used boneless chops and they were not dried out. I also use chicken stock instead of the cubes and I use sauteed onions and mushrooms instead of canned mushrooms. I've made this once for my family, once for my neighbors and passed the recipe along to others.Thanks!

Best Ever Chocolate Cutout Cookies

These are outstanding. Oh Chocolate Cutout Cookie Recipe, where have you been all my life? So pretty with sprinkles on them. And tasty, a nice change from sugar cookies. They are rich, like oreos. The batter was amazing to work with. I rolled between wax paper and did not need flour for rolling. Perfection! Thank You!!!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

This cake is perfect.I have made a number of times. I recently iced it with the fluffy peanut butter frosting for my husbands birthday. Was unbelievable!
