Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2014
I think this is really good but is a tad dry(could just be my preference because I tend to find chicken dry anyways). the family loves it and is good when you have extra chicken breasts we usually double or triple the garlic use panko crumbs instead of bread crumbs and omit the basil. I'm 11 and it's so easy even for me! :-) thanks!

Bananerberry Smoothie

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2014
I love this recipe. but I made the following changes: I didn't use peaches I used raspberries ( only 1/2 cup because raspberries can be sour) and I used yogurt ( the kind doesn't matter but I tend to use vanilla for the taste or plain for an energizer). it was great! I always peel my apple and granny smith apples are the best thanks!

Pizza Dough I

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2014
this was a good recipe but I made the change of putting the yeast, water and sugar in a bowl and stir until smooth then let it stand for 10-15 mins until it has a consistency like pudding on the top. I doubled my recipe to have 5 small pizzas. I also didn't have my thermometer so I just did the water by touch

these were good but I had to add some milk because the dough was too dry and wouldn't go through my cookie press

Peppermint Meringues

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2013
this is a fantastic meringue recipe! This recipe is a go to for me when my family asks me to make meringues. thanks for posting, these are perfect! I added a drop of red food colouring to make it look festive. hey I'm only 11 and they were still amazing for me to make on my own! but you do need experience to know when they're at stiff peaks thanks Kathy!

Doggie Birthday Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2013
I made this into pupcakes and they only needed to cook for 20 minutes. I made frosting with 1/2 cup of yogurt and 1/3 cup of peanut butter with some food colouring. This is amazing thanks!
