Pumpkin Layer Cheesecake

OH MY GOSH! What can I say...this is the best stuff!! It's so easy to make, not too pumpkiny and not to cheescakey...just YUMMY!!! Everyone loved it and it looks nice too!!

Mr. Kirk's Won Tons

These were really yummy!! I added some chopped shrimp and a little extra soy sauce and they were extra good. This recipe makes a LOT of filling. I used a whole package of wrappers and still had filling left. I made up all that I could and froze the ones I wasn't using for dinner. I have used the frozen ones for a last minute appetizer and they came out great a month later!

Asian Fire Meat

This had a great taste...but WAY too hot for us. Next time I will make it with maybe 1/4 tsp. of red pepper flakes if any. Maybe "FIRE" meat should have been an indication! Great recipe though!
