Spicy Honey Mustard Sauce

Chicken Stew with Pepper and Pineapple

Caramelized Onion and Horseradish Smashed Potatoes

Just tried this recipe, absolutely delicious. Instead of the butter and half and half I substituted Krafts Garlic and Herb cooking cream. Next time I think I will add a bit more horseradish and maybe some garlic. I used this as a side dish with slow cooker beef stew.

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

Tried this recipe a couple of nights ago. I only had spicy flavored ketchup so I used that. It was really delicious and I will definitely do this recipe again, but maybe with a few chopped onions.

Yum-Yum Corn

Absolutely delicious. I substituted the cream cheese with garlic and herb cream cheese spread and added some chopped sauteed onions. I also cooked it earlier in the day and then just reheated in the microwave at dinner time.

Chinese Fried Noodles

I didn't care for the Ramen noodles, I prefer regular chinese noodles. I bring some chicken or beef stock to a boil, remove from heat then add in the noodles (similar method as Minute rice). Once the noodles are softened I add them to the other cooked ingredients. Far easier and tastier.
