Butterscotch Gingerbread Cookies

I just made this recipe a few hours ago. I had no all-purpose flour, so I improvised and used 1.5 cups whole-wheat flour and 1.5 cups self-rising flour. It turned out fine! I thought it was a bit greasy though, so I'll cut down on the butter next time. Too many butterscotch chips also; it made the cookie too sweet. I'll add only 1/2 the chips next time. This was my first time trying gingerbread and I'd definitely make it again (with the few changes)!

Very good, but I try to use as little salt as possible so as not to consume too much sodium. I didn't have any basil leaves at the time either, but they tasted fine without them!

No Crust Strawberry Pie

I don't understand why this recipe got such rave reviews, because I did not enjoy it at all. It title "no crust strawberry pie" isn't very accurate... as someone else said, it's just jell-o with some strawberries in it! I do not recommend this recipe to anyone.

Ignacio's Super Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

I eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches every day, so this was a nice change! I use regular jelly though, because I loathe preserves. I also used whole wheat bread and Smuckers natural peanut butter. All PB+J lovers must try this recipe!

Super-Good Oatmeal

This oatmeal really is super good! I eat it every morning and it keeps me full from 5:30 in the morning until noon! But I normally omit the soymilk.
