Cinnamon Raisin Bread I
I did 1/3 of the recipe, used an egg substitute because I was out, and brown sugar for the swirl instead of white. No raisins, cooked for 30 minutes and it was a bit more done than I would have liked. Put it in the fridge overnight after the initial rise. Delicious!

Banana Banana Bread
I found it annoying that it doesn't specify an approximate amount of bananas. I used 3 and about 1/2 cup of applesauce. Sugar could be decreased. I also added 1 tsp vanilla. My version was not cooked through when the outside was done - oops.
