Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2011
the pepper overpowered it. it wasn't terrible, but it certainly didn't taste like chicken fried rice from an actual chinese restaurant.

Hershey's ® Chocolate Mousse

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2005
This was absolutely so easy to make, and it tastes fantastic. I serve it in a wine glass with whipped cream, sliced almonds, and a Vienesse wafer for an extra special touch.

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: May 31, 2004
This is creamy served both cold and hot. It is a recipe used frequently for breakfasts in our house. We add a bit of cinnamon at the end and skip the raisens. We have also enjoyed it with bits of cut up apples sprinkled in.

Best Ever Pie Crust

Reviewed: May 31, 2004
This is so easy, and has become the staple for every recipe requiring a pie crust. I highly recommend it. There are dangers, though, in adding too little or too much shortening. I have accidentally done both, producing a crust too dry or too oily to cook respectively. Just avoid this mistake, and the crust is heaven!

Mom's Good Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: May 31, 2004
This was my first time making dessert for my in-laws and it went so well! My adjustments: Instead of making knots, I made the usual rolls by filling a long piece of the dough with a mixture of sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon, and then rolled the dough and cut each piece off. I also made it with brown sugar instead of white. Even my husband, who doesn't particularly like desserts loved this and requested more (a rarity, I assure you). It was a terrific treat without being too sweet.

Easy Flake Chicken

Reviewed: May 31, 2004
I should have read the reviews before making the recipe. It was quite bland and far too greasy. I did not even finish my serving. I will not make this again.
