Beef Paprika
Awesome dish! The meat came out tender and full of flavor. My kids and niece and nephew (all under 6) gobbled this down. I doubled the sauce because my family likes extra. Served over egg noodles with salad and a loaf of crusty bread, yum!

Juicy Roasted Chicken
Wow! Whole family has declared this the perfect roasted chicken. I followed the recipe exactly for my first time, found out there's no need to change a thing. My 5 year old, who I usually have to coax to finish 1 serving of chicken, had 3! she also loved the "sauce" (gravy) that I made from the drippings. This will be my go-to recipe for chicken from now on. Yum, sigh.
