I am a mother of four, grandmother of four and have worked all my life with little time for cooking, except for meals that could be prepared in 30 minutes or less. As things are slowing down some, I am interested in spending more time in the kitchen, experimenting some with more complicated recipes that take more time than something prepared in 30-minutes or less. I am also interested in learning to cook with healthier, low cal/low fat ingredients.

Anything that cooks for a short time in the oven - I forget stuff is in there - short attention span, I guess!
