Bacon Wrapped Smokies
These are a hit every time! I needed to bake mine quite a bit longer than the recipe called for to get the brown sugar the right consistency. Other than that, it was great.

Tex-Mex Pork
This recipe was super easy and delicious! I used leftover grilled pork tenderloin from the night before. I chopped it up and added the rest of the ingredients, then served it over white rice.

Orange Pork Chops with Tarragon
I used bone in pork chops and it turned out fine. I did the orange reduction versus the cornstarh thickening method and it was delicious! It took a little extra time, but well worth it IMO.
