Crab Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2006
This was good. But it did lack something. I tried salt and cheese, that didn't help. It's a good church picnic food.

Cheesy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2011
This was great! Everyone in my family cleared their plate. I didn't add the water, and it was good. I don't like soggy meatloaf and thought the water would make it soggy. It was great!

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2011
My family really liked this. I made the meat balls before hand and frozen them for a couple of days. Just because I knew the day I was going to make them I wouldn't have time to shape them. So on the day I made them I just put them in the pot frozen and they turned out great!

Yellow Squash Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2009
I loved it! I modified it just a bit so it would be more Weight Watcher friendly. I used Reduced Fat Ritz Crackers, Weight Watchers Mexican Shredded Cheese, 1 egg and 1 egg white, 1% milk, light butter. It was excellent, my 5 year old and 11 month old ate. PLUS it's only 2 points!

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2009
AWESOME! I threw it in frozen, and in the morning I put the liquid smoke and salt on. It was great! I would recommend turning it more than once though, parts of it got dry.

This was ok, I'm not a big chicken fan, but I'm always looking for recipes. This isn't the best, but certain not the worst!

Slow Cooker Spicy Black-Eyed Peas

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2013
This was good, I wish I would have been able to follow the recipe more, but I didn't have everything. I omitted the jalapeno because it would have been to spicy for my kids, I add diced chilies instead. Didn't have ham so I added salt pork. It made the house smell great and everyone loved it. All my kids and husband ate them. This is a keeper!

I love this! I've never had swordfish before. I followed what one other person suggested and baked at 350 for 20 mins. It was wonderful!

Salmon and Potato Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2011
I liked it, but no one else did. The pie crust ended up being mushy, which NEVER happens. It was bland too

Breaded, Fried, Softly Spiced Tofu

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2011
I've never eaten or made tofu, so I don't know if my review should count. I liked it, my kids didn't. I dipped it some Yakisoba sauce. Plus I cut it up into small bites and put it in my stir fry. I liked that. Plain though, it's bland. I'll try it again with a sauce.

Chunky Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2011
It was good. I give 5 stars if I don't change anything, but, since I did modify it a bit I'll give it 4 stars. I exchanged swiss cheese for cheddar. And then I added a can of cream corn, makes it really creamy and very good.

Absolutly the best! I'm not a big alfredo fan, but this recipe changed my mind. I did add Tuna so there was some protein. We loved it...even my 3 and 4 year olds loved it.

Chocolate Pudding Fudge Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2006
The Best and EASIEST cake I've ever made. However if you use a rubbermaid bundt cake pan, let it cool longer than 10 minutes in the pan. Otherwise it falls apart.

Asian Fire Meat

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2005
One of my all time favorties. My husband loves it too! I cut back on the red pepper flakes after the first time. It was SO spicy that I felt like my mouth was on fire. just a bit less of the pepper flakes and it's PERFECT!

Kickin' Collard Greens

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2013
This was the BEST! I have four kids and a husband who won't hardly eat anything green. They all took one bite and said it was delicious. My husband asked for seconds. I omitted the pepper flakes because it would too spicy for my kids. And I didn't have bacon so I used salt pork, which is close to the same thing. Other than those two things I followed the recipe and it was great!
