General Tsao's Chicken II

Great recipe. Tried it with white meat once, not near as good as using dark thigh meat. Double frying is a must. A bit more sugar helps the sauce taste and doubling the hot peppers really gives it a kick. We found that the recipe quantities above are good for 2 thighs cut up. Double for 4 thighs. Hint: use thigh skin and bones to make a small amount of stock for the broth ingredient. Saves you from having to open a whole can.
