I have been hunting for a good biscuit recipe for...I don't know how long. These were easy and delicious baking powder buscuits. I used the food processor and it cut the prep to no time at all. The cup of milk made the dough a little wet so I added about a 1/4 cup additional flour. My buscuits nearly tripled in size, I patted them out to an inch and they were at least 2 1/2 inches after baking. They were still a little doughy inside after cooking for 13 min, but still delicious. I will pat out a little thinner next time and they should be perfect. *A tip I learned from Cook's Country Test Kitchen is to rotate your baking powder every six months or so because it looses it's potency. This may be why they rose so significantly. GREAT RECIPE!! Thanks for sharing.
