Pumpkin Pancakes

The recipe as is, is just okay. I followed all directions and found it was not sweet or "pumpkin" enough. I added a half tablespoon of nutmeg, about another 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree and about 1/3 cup of brown sugar and found it was more to my liking. Some of the reviews said the pancakes were too thick and doughy. I used a 1/4 cup scoop to measure the pancakes, flattening them out as I poured and I made 19 pancakes. I'm sure if I would've scraped the bowl real good, I could have made 20, but I was tired. I used honey butter and mmm, mmm, mmm, that was the kicker!
